Database Requirements Analysis
The initial phase of database design is a thorough assessment of your company's processes pertaining to database needs. Based upon our findings, we prepare a report summarizing your objectives and the best ways to accomplish these tasks through a database system. |
Database Specification Design
Building upon the results of the process analysis, we proceed to prepare a functional specification. This specification is a blueprint of your database, detailing precise objectives, design specifications, and the data structures needed to accomplish them. |
Database Programming | |
Following approval of the specification design, our staff begins programming the new system. At key points along the development cycle, we meet with your staff to receive the system and to test its progress. |
Database Implementation
Upon Completion of system programming, we engage in a limited implementation of the system. During this phase, selected users test the new system alongside current systems provide to provide feedback. User reaction to the new system is examined and the programs are modified incorporate their response. |
Upon completion of the preliminary implementation, we engage in the rollout of the system to the entire company. This process includes installation of the necessary software on each computer, and detailed training for employees on the use of the new system. |
Remote Database Maintenance
Following the installation of the new system, we provide ongoing support for its use. Our staff is also available for upgrades and changes to the system as your company's needs change or as new technology becomes available. |

| | Trace the workflow for critical processes. |
| | Identify bottlenecks and problems. |
